Shipping Policy

Production of each shoe and leather goods such as bags take up to five weeks to be completely produced. All Flam’z/ items are shipped directly via DHL express from our workshop in Spain. The duration of the shipping takes from 4 to 7 days for order to be received after dispatch. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped including your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours. We also offer free shipping, except for some countries in Africa. This is not taking into account the current pandemic situation which is delaying some shipments depending on what region of the country you are located. We promise to process your order the same day you place it. Orders are only delivered by DHL express and this carrier requires a phone number to be able to deliver your package and ensure you will be there or to make delivery arrangements.  For that reason we may need your best phone number. Flam’z/ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order during or after shipping. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (taxes, tariffs, etc.). Flam’z/ is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
