Due to all Flam’z items being made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted. Exchanges can only be made if the sizing is incorrect(please refer to the https://feetsizr.com/ app) or there is a defect in the item. At Flam’z, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. All the items are checked carefully at the time of production and right after dispatch. We also provide guarantee that items are highly unlikely to have a manufacturing fault. You are encouraged to check the item as soon as it has been delivered to you. If you think that the item has a manufacturing fault, to address the issue please contact email@example.com and attach some clear and bright photos highlighting the damage on the day of delivery. The item must have been unworn and unaltered. Exchange request must be made within seven days of delivery. If there is such a manufacturing fault, we then will notify our workshop of the problem and organize the exchange or return of your item, if eligible. Once your return request is authorized, we must receive the product within 30 days of a return authorization issue. Customers are responsible for all charges (shipping costs) regarding an exchange or return.
